Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets rules for using RallyForge (the "Service"), operated by Invicta Systems LLC ("Invicta," "we," "us"). It is part of our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

This document is a draft stand-in pending counsel review. It is not legal advice.

2. Scope

These rules apply to all users and to all content created, uploaded, generated (including with AI), scheduled, published, or otherwise processed through the Service. You may not use RallyForge — directly or through AI features — to produce, store, schedule, or distribute prohibited content.

3. Strictly prohibited content

You may not create, upload, generate, schedule, publish, or share:

• Sexual content or pornography — including explicit sexual material, pornographic imagery or text, and sexual services advertising.
• Sexualization of minors / CSAM — any sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, or anyone who appears to be a minor, whether real, fictional, AI-generated, or otherwise. This is an absolute, zero-tolerance ban. We will remove such content, terminate accounts, and report to authorities where required by law.
• Graphic violence, gore, or threats — including content that depicts extreme violence or gore for shock value, or that threatens or incites violence against people or groups.
• Illegal activity — content or use that promotes, facilitates, or engages in crime, fraud, scams, identity theft, or other unlawful conduct.
• Malware and abuse infrastructure — distributing malware, phishing, credential theft tools, or using the Service to attack or disrupt systems.
• Spam and deceptive bulk messaging — unsolicited bulk messages, fake engagement schemes, or deceptive commercial practices.
• Harassment and hate — targeted harassment, doxxing, or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.
• Intellectual property infringement — using the Service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights you do not hold or have permission to use.

4. AI and automated use

Prohibitions apply equally to human-authored and AI-generated content. You may not use RallyForge's AI, scheduling, or publishing tools to generate, refine, store, or distribute material that violates this AUP. Attempting to bypass filters or instructions to produce prohibited content is itself a violation.

5. Platform and account integrity

You also agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party platform policies when publishing
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by law
• Share accounts in a way that undermines security or attribution of misuse

6. Enforcement

Invicta may investigate suspected violations. Depending on severity, we may warn, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts. We may remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP or the law. Where required or appropriate, we may report content or activity to law enforcement or other authorities — especially for CSAM or imminent threats of harm.

Enforcement decisions are at Invicta's reasonable discretion. Nothing in this AUP obligates us to monitor all content in advance.

7. Reporting

If you believe content or activity on RallyForge violates this AUP, contact support@rallyforge.ai. For suspected child sexual exploitation material, report immediately through that channel and, where applicable, to the appropriate authorities.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
