Email senders

Define from-identity, export campaign copy, and prepare for ESP push.

Direct ESP push (Mailchimp, Resend lists, and similar) is coming soon. You can configure from-identity and export workflows today.

What works today

Add email senders from Connected Accounts → Email. Each sender stores:

  • A label (e.g. "Org newsletter")
  • From name and from address your audience recognizes
  • Optional reply-to address
  • Voice profile settings on Pro and Team

Toggle Email export enabled when generated copy should include this sender in export bundles and scheduling metadata.

Copy export workflow

  1. Draft email copy in Quick Post or Campaign Wizard with the email channel selected.
  2. Review HTML-ready variants and edit inline before publish or schedule.
  3. Export or copy the final body into your ESP — Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or your transactional provider — until one-click push ships.

Brand document links (Pro+) attach approved copy references to each sender so generation stays aligned with your guidelines.

Test Mode

When Test Mode is enabled, scheduled posts that include social channels send preview emails to TEST_EMAIL. Email-channel scheduling follows the same calendar flow; live list sends via ESP integration will activate when provider OAuth is available.

What ships next

  • Mailchimp and transactional ESP connections
  • One-click push of approved drafts to your list or template
  • Delivery status and bounce handling in the workspace hub
